Timelapse Flower (Anemone Coronaria), 2019, Digital 3D model, Dimensions variable
A digital sculpture created from 3D-scanning a live anemone flower, following the tradition of photographic long-exposure processes. Over the course of the 1 hour needed to complete the scan, the flower wilted and fell over, its slow death captured in the 3D model.
A 1-minute clip created specifically for the Loading Festival night of projections documents the hour-long scanning process.
