Flowers from Theseas, 2016, 2 inkjet prints, framed, 80 x 60 cm each
It was one of the first days of spring, you know, when the days are starting to grow longer and the air feels warm. We went out on a little road trip to Ais Giorkis with Theseas and Seto. Theseas gathered these flowers and put them in the air vent of my car. When I got back home, I forgot them there and only remembered a while later. When I went back for them, they were dead. I printed them really big – I guess to say sorry, in a way, to the flowers and to Theseas – and showed them in the first ever group show I participated in.
