Timelapse Flower (Anemone Coronaria), digital 3D object, 2019.

Timelapse Flower (Anemone Coronaria) is a digital sculpture created from 3D-scanning a live anemone flower, and follows the tradition of photographic long-exposure processes. Over the course of the 1 hour needed to complete the scan, the flower wilts and falls over, its slow death captured in the 3D model.

A 1-minute clip created specifically for the Loading Festival night of projections documents the hour-long scanning process.
